I offer clinical supervision to new, emerging therapists as well as more established therapists who want to learn to work more relationally with their clients.
My supervisees tell me I’m encouraging and understanding as well as challenging and clear.
They also appreciate my careful attention to what’s going on in the room between them and their clients, which is often subtle but very useful to notice.
I also observe what’s going on between my supervisees and me, as it often reflects patterns which mirror their work with clients.
